Move your project forward
I help musicians, artists and creative businesses harness ideas and finish their projects.
WHY?
Without momentum, great ideas get stuck and creativity stagnates.
Otidesk exists to move things forward when you’re blocked, stretched, overwhelmed, out of your depth or just spending more time on your emails than in your studio.
I’m Tash.
As a project manager I’ve spent over a decade delivering complex outcomes within corporate, non-profit and elite sporting organisations. I’ve worked in top law firms, medicine + healthcare orgs and the AFL’s Richmond Football Club.
I’m also Tig.
As an independent folk-pop artist I’ve toured with some of Australia’s favourite acts, worked with ARIA-nominated producers, and won local, state and federal funding for unique creative projects.
I know what it’s like to juggle dreams and day jobs, wear every hat imaginable, manage budgets that don’t match the vision board, shift timelines because my assistant (aka me) called in sick, and to forever feel like if only I had an extra pair of hands I could bring my ideas to life. I know because I’ve lived it too.
I wanted a manager, but didn’t know where to find one, how to pay one, or what parts of my project they would actually take on. I also wanted to keep building things my own way, but without burning out.
I realised that so many creatives with strong visions and big goals just need a bit of help some of the time to keep momentum moving.
So I created Otidesk - a way to access support, only when you need it.
Ready for momentum?

When you don’t know where to begin…
Let’s map your project! If you’ve got an idea, opportunity or project but you’re not sure how to make it happen, start with a MAP. We’ll build a practical plan you can follow that matches your budget, goals and capacity. You’ll leave with a clear plan, realistic priorities and confidence to move forward knowing what’s urgent, and what can come later.
What’s included:
60-minute strategy session
Personalised project roadmap
Prioritised actionable steps
7 days of email support for follow-up questions about your plan (project delivery not included)
Investment: $450 + GST

You know where you’re going, but the next steps require support…
If you have a project plan in place, but you need help to move it forward, let’s do it. You might be stuck, at capacity or there’s been a significant change.

Projects that have lost momentum or evolved
Research-heavy planning
Commencing or expanding grant projects
Major scope or timeline changes
Stakeholder outreach / management
Event or release preparation
Developing detailed briefs
Advancing shows
What you’ll get:
Project audit / review
90-minute strategy session
Updated priorities and roadmap
Agreed implementation support over the following 30 days*
30 days of email support for project related questions
Investment: $1,100 + GST
*MOVE includes up to 1 full day of project implementation time, which can be completed all at once (e.g. research, briefs), or in smaller stints over the course of the month (e.g. outreach, stakeholder management, advancing shows)

already have a robust project plan in place
In a single session we can soundboard ideas, test your project’s viability, workshop strategic decisions, assess capacity/timing challenges, review systems/workflows or navigate specific roadblocks and operational issues.

And some things that just don’t fit in a list
I once heat-sealed 600 packets of coffee bean samples with a hair straightener for a developing supplier and gifted them to a room full of coffee-drinking executives to promote small, local business.
I once batch baked 300 mini pavlovas in my 1970s sharehouse oven with ingredients sourced from Mabu Mabu’s pop-up pantry to help a non-profit host their NAIDOC week celebrations.
I once sent 150 lawyers, accountants and executives sailing down Birrarung (Yarra River) at sunset in a fleet of mini boats with handmade picnics to stimulate the casual, real connection that’s often missing from corporate networking.
